Entry point not found error message

Hi, I need help. I was installing VALORANT and Discord when I usually got this error message:
I have tried all the troubleshooting: whitelisting the DLL file, checking for Windows updates, doing a clean reinstall of the said programs, reinstall/repair Microsoft Visual C , downloading the DLL file from an online library
Please note that I'm not an expert at these things. Any help or assistance is appreciated. Many thanks!
