Mouse and keyboard not working after deleting hid drivers

I fucked up and purposely deleted some important hid files, after trying to get my PS4 controller working. Don't ask me why I thought this is a good idea but I'm basically not able to do anything anymore after rebooting my PC. Unplugging my mouse or keyboard isn't doing anything sadly Any idea how I might be able to fix this problem?
