PC holding down CTRL, C, and V when I’m not.

My PC has been randomly acting like CTRL is held down, sometimes it will act like c and v are held down with it as well. I’ve done a shit ton of research, but I’m coming up empty handed. I’ve tried everything Microsoft has told me to do

I have : Replaced the keyboard Unplugged and reconnected the keyboard Used a different USB outlet for my keyboard Entered ctrl alt del and then exited Held down both ctrl keys for 15 seconds Reset Windows Scanned for Malware Uninstalled and reinstalled my keyboard drivers

I have no idea what to do anymore
