GPU fan max speed then system reboots

I posted about this Earlier and was told to replace my power supply, I did, but that still didn’t fix the problem, at least that’s ruled out, this all started when I changed my HDD, but the problem is the same regardless of which one I use. I also reset my windows and basically wiped my pc. I have no idea what’s wrong please help
