Will cloning my system change anything

I have my system on my 1TB SATA SSD, I bought an M.2 NVMe PCIe and I want to clone my system to the NVMe for a faster experience, my question is will there be any changes or problems I will experience after the cloning like windows errors, missing files or desktop changes, my PC is running fine it is just that I want an improvement, so Is there any risk? I just want my pc to be the same without any changes.
