How do I diagnose why my games are crashing?

Post Body

I have a self built computer that I have been upgrading for years. I am having a problem with all my games crashing. Currently my computer is running a GTX 1070 TI, Ryzen 5600, 16 GB DDR4 RAM. I'm running windows off of a new Samsung M.2 Drive. I've also got an old Samsung SSD and a WD Blue that I am using for storage. Everything is running on a 550W Power supply.

Every Game I try and run crashes. I've tried SMITE, Borderlands 3, Halo Infinite, Gotham Knights. The crash reports I am receiving are never helpful. I feel like I've tried everything, I've fresh installed the games, used Steams repair tool. When I bought the M.2 Drive I fresh installed Windows. I've dried doing a fresh install of the graphics drivers. I am running out of ideas of what the problem might be. Can anyone help??
