In need of recommendations for anxiety-free games

I had a chat with my therapist who recommended that I play relaxing games that do not induce anxiety to calm my mind and get it away from negative aspects. I don't really own that many games these days so I was wondering what are some anxiety-free games that I can spend a lot of time in?
(Btw im a student so I probably will have to get an older game that isn't really pricey)
