Do you think we'll ever see Street Fighter Alpha 3 on Steam?

As a fan of Street Fighter since its arcade days (two, hyper fighting, super, ultra, etc.), the series reached its pinnacle for me with Street Fighter Alpha 3. The art and animations were top notch, the character selection was varied and well-balanced, the AI was a complete scrub, good secrets, lots of endings, and everyone was fairly competent with the game.
So, will we ever see it on Steam? I realize it's far fetched.
