Inaccurate Ping in Server Browsers

I have been playing CS:GO, RO2 and a few other games and my ping in-game is fine, but when I venture into their respective server browsers it tells me that my ping is 300 on all servers, even ones that I have joined and seen my ingame ping in the 60-90 range. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

EDIT: I hate to be that guy but "I fixed it" and I have no idea why. I'm sorry anyone else with this issue looking for answers but after ~24 hours that issue cleared. Thank you all for the help. The issue was fixed before I could attempt any of your fixes.
