Which heatsink should I use?

I have these two heatsinks that I'm debating on using one is a stock cooler for an i5 I believe vs this other one that has copper that I pulled from an older machine. And this is the case I'll be using. I'll be using it on an i5 3470s along with my r9 380x with 2x4gb ddr3 ram. Thoughts?
