How many fps should I be getting?

I have a 3090ti with an i9-10900k and I feel like I should be getting more fps. The main game I play is warzone and Iām lucky if I get above 180fps. I see people on YouTube with a very similar build getting above 200fps constantly.
What can I do to try and get more fps?
