Hello everyone. Complete PC noob trying to upgrade a prebuilt. Would greatly appreciate some advice/feedback.
I'm running a pre built Aurora 8 (I think?) looking to upgrade my graphics card and RAM. CPU is a Ryzen 5600X with 8 gigs of RAM. Current graphics card is a Nvidea Geforce GTX 760 Ti OEM.
I'm looking at GeForce 3060 as an upgrade, but I've never done this before. I found an ASUS Dual Nvidea GeForce 3060, but I found a few other models that appear to be similar from MSI and ZOTAC. What is the "difference"? I'm very worried about buying the wrong parts for my system.
For the RAM I'm looking at a 16GB PNY XLR8 because I'm under the impression I need the DDR4 RAM for my system. I would like if possible to keep my budget around 400, the parts I've found are around 330. I just want to make sure they're the right parts. PS this is all so I can play Starfield, if that helps with anything!
