I've had PC2 for a year and a half and played it constantly at first, but took a long hiatus because I couldn't deal with my T80 anymore and life shit got in the way of simracing. Now that I've finally upgraded to a T150 (a 1000% improvement) and have more time to race, I have a few questions about things I never looked into.
Can't quite figure out what AI level is right for me. I know people have figured out how to test yourself most accurately against the AI cars in the F1 games (quali lap in the 2010 Red Bull at Barcelona or something to that effect), is there a community standard like that for PC2?
As it frequently is, the deluxe edition of PC2 with all the DLC is cheaper than the season pass on the PS Store. I use a disk to play the game on PS4. If I buy the deluxe edition digitally, will the extra content be added to the existing physical non-deluxe game or will it fuck everything up and give me two different PC2 games on the console (one being my existing game with all my progress and the other being a new game with the DLC but none of my previous progress)?
My frustration with the lack of a custom championship feature in the game (question 3.5 would ask if there are any decent PS4 simracing games, other than single-championship series like F1, that have either single player custom championships or the ability to add AI cars to a multiplayer championship) is leading me towards the neverending rabbit hole of league racing. What well-organized PS4 leagues for PC2 would you recommend for a relative beginner with very little multiplayer experience? US timezones are preferable, as are leagues with schedules that don't typically fall on Sunday afternoons when real-life racing is on; I need my weekly BÖRK.
Thanks in advance!
