I have, for some unknown reason, unplayable lag. There is input lag of almost a second, and constant <20fps gameplay, on unchanged settings. The game was fine a week ago, on exactly the same settings. There's been no game update, no windows update. My drivers are up to date, I've tried playing in perfomance mode, switching to the Nvidia card, but nothing works. I've even resorted to uninstalling the game, so idk if reinstalling will do anything.

Is there any reason for this? My device is perfectly capable of playing the game, and indeed plays Dirt Rally absolutely fine. To me, it sounds like the laptop can't be arsed to boot up. Last week, the fans kicked in, you could hear them quite loudly, and the game was fine. But now it sounds like the laptop just idles, it doesn't work like it did on PC2.
