You're passing through the tiny village of Womford on your way to, well, wherever it is you're going, and you notice signs advertising the most important event of the year: the Womford Pie Contest! Since you all have feelings about pie, you decide to stick around for a few days.
Looking for 3 or 4 players (18 ) looking for play a short campaign! I'm located in CST but I work night shift and even on my days off, I tend to be up pretty late, so time zone isn't a deal breaker. New players are welcome!
A little about me - I've started a few pbp games that ultimately ended in the DM ghosting the group and I've also attempted to DM a few games, but ended up getting ghosted by players. My favorite pie is probably pumpkin pie. I've been playing DnD since 2021 when I joined 2 different online campaigns. Those groups are still going strong, but sometimes I just have the itch to play more, which is why I've turned to pbp.
About the campaign - you'll be starting at level 3 and the adventure was written as a one shot. Discord will be used along with avrae for dice rolls. I'll also create a dndbeyond campaign for character sheets.
Rules - 1. No homebrew. 2. Try to post at least once a day. Real life comes before dnd, obviously, so if something comes up, communication is greatly appreciated. 3. If the group is voting on something or if we're in combat, you'll have 24 hours to post. If that 24 hours passes, we'll skip your turn just for the sake of keeping things moving. 4. If you aren't feeling the game or me as a DM, that's cool. Again, communication is greatly appreciated rather than ghosting.
