Initial Mission Brief:

In the dead of night, in some bodega riddled with rats, you open a steel door after accepting a freelance job from a salaryman called Charlie Sand.

He’s asking you to wipe out any record of debts and shut down the Lucky Flight Casino.

The casino have manipulated his community into debilitating debt. All measures of peaceful negotiations have been exhausted out and only extralegal troubleshooting is the last straw to be drawn.

There’s also a pretty handsome reward on the table, if you find out what happened to Batu, the guy who attempted the mission first but never came back. Charlie said he’ll put in a decommissioned patrol car for you, if you get the job done.
