I dont understand why its the only thing that turns me on

I can't get better. Goddesses edging me and forcing me to send tributes, ball busting me for hours.. this is my new life. I want to know why this is the only thing that turns me on anymore. ls anyone else feeling the same? How did you come to accept this as your reality?
