Okay so yesterday in the afternoon I received a payment of 15€ on paypal by a person who I don’t know and now this person is asking me to do a refound of the 15€ to me it sounds like a scam. Also because i told this person to delete the payment by the link next to the history of the payments. Am i right or wrong? What do i have to do?
