HI Everyone,
I hav a quick question. I am going to study and work part time in Toronto, Canada soon (4 year bachelor's program) and will be setting up a basic day to day RBC savings account there for my use.
I currently reside in a country that is experiencing a foreign currency crisis. That is, due to the local economy the forex rates for all currencies such as USD/CAD etc. are going up on the regular and banks are beginning to limit how much forex one can buy in person or wire transfer.
The one thing I have access to right now is a credit card that can be used for foreign currency purposes. I was wondering if the following was possible, can i send the money from my credit card to my paypal wallet and then after that connect my new RBC Canada account to paypal and move the money to the account in this manner (besides using ATM's)?
