At this point I just want to sue them because I have other work do be doing but they keep over drafting my mother's account who is on a fixed income. Should I just put money in her account and sue the hell out of them for emotional damage, lost wages, fraud charges, overdraft fees, and whatever fraudulent charges go through?
They have been rude to her, refuse to refund the money, block further charges, or close the account. She is in tears at this point and it's been all month and hours on support with no help. I won't be using Paypal after this. Been a long time user of Ebay and Paypal but I'm done.
