Woke up to a random $100 transaction made while I was asleep, what do I do?

I immediately tried calling Paypal, but it was 9:30pm EST, and they were already closed. My account is currently negative $87. The transaction is listed as "Exxon Ridge Service St," as purchase - paypal debit card. It is pending. I have no idea what happened here. My card is in my possession, and I was asleep at 12:56pm this afternoon when the charge was made.

Has anyone had an experience like this? Will the pending charge just fall off? Will I be able to reach customer service in the morning, and will they be able to do anything about this?
