So, a couple of days ago I got a refund for a game. I paid with the wrong credit card and that credit card had very little money in it and so I've been getting pissy emails from my bank telling me to pay them or they'll charge me even more. So, I got a refund for the game. On my activity, it says that it was refunded to the "PayPal Balance", something that I never use. So I figured there'd be a way to transfer the money from my paypal balance onto the credit card but when I click on "withdraw money" I am told that "there's nothing to transfer right now" and that I should "try again when I have a paypal balance"

So where's the money gone? Will it take a little while to go into my PayPal balance? Did it just go straight to my credit card?
