I've been getting paid by my client for more than two years on my PayPal account, it stays on hold and is released 24 hours laters. Same thing happened on 25th Oct, it was released on 26th Oct. When I withdrew on 30th Oct, it went through. Then on 1st Nov I got the email that PayPal is reviewing a payment I received and a case is open. My account also had a negative balance and my client's payment was back to "on hold". On 2nd Nov I received the money but my account was still on negative. Now it's just deducted an amount that was already underway. There's no response on the open case yet. What to do?? Thanks.
