PayPal closed my account for forwarding spam???

So I got a message that said my account was being charged 10k and an invoice attached. I reported it as spam and the next day my account was closed. I can’t use it or my credit or anything. Questions are should I appeal this is it worth my energy? Anyone ever have this happen to them? If so how did you deal with it? What other service or how can you use PayPal? Can I open another account and use it or am I completely blocked? Their FAQ is trash leaves more questions to be asked.
