I ran into a problem yesterday when I was solo stealthing the Trustee Bank on Overkill. Vault was at the front door, so I had to control civilians in the front lobby.

However, after firing my gun to get the crowd intimidated, I immediately then went to the back office, where I was trying to control the 3 or 4 workers who are at the back office. One guy just kept running for the panic button, despite me repeatedly spamming F (control) button, and in a panic I started shooting at him, but he didn't stop, and pressed the button. Needless to say, stealth failed, and I was not strong enough to do Overkill on solo (two piece suit, crappy JP36 rifle, no ammo/doctor bags).

Since I am currently going for a Mastermind/Ghost build (currently level 68), would Dominator aced have helped in that situation? Or could it be because I was firing at the employee using a silenced gun?

If you're wondering why I'm using a JP36 rifle, it's because while it's a crappy rifle, I had nothing better for concealment. My CAR-4 does more damage, but raises my detection risk to 16 or so - with the JP36, my concealment with my silenced pistol is 7.
