Hey all, I recently started replaying the game after about 7 years or so not playing the game. There's a lot of updates to be caught up on, and I also bought the Humble Bundle collection with 64 DLC to kind of bring my collection up to a better point (I believe it's largely missing the McShay stuff, so no Midlands Ranch Heist, or McShay weapon mods, etc).
During the time I did play, I was primarily a solo stealth player. I used to do some Loud runs when I first started playing with some friends, but they stopped at a much earlier point of time, and I've been playing solo stealth since then. I can see that a lot of what I had before for stealth still works, but at the current point of time, it seems that I am largely going to be tied to doing only stealth for a while, as I don't think I have what it takes to play Loud solo. I am very used to restarting 500 times upon randomly having my stealth run blown out.
That's where the big question comes in: How would it be best for me to look at building Loud builds for solo/multi play on DS difficulty?
At the moment, I am still trying to round out my Burglar and Hacker perk decks, so I reckon it will be a while before I can get enough perk deck points to unlock other perk decks for Loud play (e.g. Leech, Armorer, etc). I am currently Level 94 or so, looking to get my first level of Infamy.
What kind of weapons/armors should I be looking to get? Stealth is all I've known, so I've only got stuff like silenced judges, silenced saws, and silenced CAR4's. Though I do have one loud CAR4 rifle just for civ control on some maps like Diamond Store.
As a player who has almost never played anything Loud except with friends I played with 7 years ago, and never above the first 2 levels of difficulty, what are the best introductory maps for me to get my feet wet with?
I'm open to playing multiplayer Loud lobbies, however I've heard that U237 broke the matchmaking, and I don't really have a regular crew to run with, so I'd like to spare online players the misfortune of me not being ready to play in Loud DS lobbies. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter!
