someone else in my house rebounded, what should i do?

my parents and i all had covid this month and all took paxlovid. my dad and i successfully completed the course and have been testing negative for a week but my mom currently has a rebound case of covid. she’s not having extreme symptoms but certainly congested/coughing/sneezing and uncomfortable. we are wearing masks in the house but i’m wondering if we are likely/unlikely to get reinfected from her rebound. does anyone else have any experience with a similar situation? thank you!
