Hear me out on this: Steve Grad is a good authenticator, but I think his opinion needs to backed up by someone who authenticates memorabilia.
When that Dale Earnhardt racing suit was authenticated, Steve only gave his opinion on the autograph, not the suit. The suit could’ve fetched over $200,000 if someone who authenticated NASCAR stuff looked at it.
But what does everyone else think?
I think the show is the show and no one on the show is just walking in not knowing the value of the item. All prearranged items.
