My wife and I have been together for many years and in that time we went from dating as equals to her accepting her role as my obedient and submissive wife.
For example...
Then: She had a hard limit with being called a 'bitch'
Now: She regularly refers to herself as a 'dumb bitch' or 'fat bitch' and will thank me for training her how to be a 'good bitch'.
I'd love to hear examples of similar progress from both the Men and women of this sub.
