I do not have access to my patreon discord server

Yesterday, I subscribed to a patreon with a discord server. I have done this in the past and I always have issues, but usually after a few hours, the server just magically shows up in my server list. That's not the case this time. I've logged out of discord on all devices and I've disconnected and reconnected my discord to my patreon several times to no avail. I've reached out to both Patreon support and the creator, but neither have gotten back to me. Does anyone know how I can access the server that I am literally paying for?
