My primary payment keeps getting declined. Now I can’t support my friend.

I have been supporting my friend’s Patreon since February, and for some reason my debit card was no longer accepted earlier this year (despite having funds on it), so I switched my payment method to my PayPal. Now out of the blue, that isn’t working either.
Any ideas? I don’t have another payment method I could use currently.
