Hi so I have a member who joined then cancelled but he can’t see the content he paid for? He said the a lot of videos don’t work but they work on my end. I’ve seen posts about this happening with other people and there was a comment that said this could happen if the member subscribed, then cancelled and picked to be put in the “free member” tier. Is this what possibly could have happened? Some people who cancel have “0 paid” and some people who cancel has “free member” his has the free member so could that be why he is no longer able to access certain videos? He resigned up under a cheaper tier and it’s letting him see some videos he wasn’t able to access before.

If that is the case maybe this post will help some people not make the same mistake some of the members are making when cancelling so you don’t lose access to videos for that month
