How do you unsubscribe from a free membership?

Not sure how I even ended up subscribed to it -- I looked at a Patreon and have ended up subscribed as a free member. My paid memberships seems easy enough to unsubscribe, I believe can see a way to drop them, but I don't see how to do it with the free ones.
I have looked at the support pages but all I can find is how to become a free member of a patreon, the opposite of what I want to do -- and if such a support page existed, surely they'd link to it from that 'becoming a free member' page.
Not sure if it was a misclick or something else, but anyway, I'd like to know how to just stop being a free member of a patreon.
