I would probably be classified more as "recreational gamer", however, when I do find a game I like, I love it. Skyrim and San Andreas are two of those games. I've played each a few times and I love how I can follow the main story or just wander around and see what I run into.
Skyrim I love for the fact I can build my character as I want. Playing as a gigantic, sword wielding Nord the first go around, and as a destruction mage the next. Skyrim is both creepy and beautiful. The missions are challenging but also accessible for people like myself. It's truly the game of all games for me. I love games set in space as well, so I keep hoping Bethesda's next game, Starfeild will be like Skyrim in space. I also can't wait for the next elder scrolls. I've also played Oblivion but not earlier ES.
San Andreas I love for all the different things you can do. The storyline, the humour, the voice acting, the setting. Its another game I can get lost in and checks all the boxes for me. I love other GTA games as well but this one is my favourite.
I've played witcher 3. It's a great game but doesnt resonate the same way.
So any suggestions? Anyone else who loves these games find something they enjoy just as much?
