Final Fantasy Tactics like games

Does anyone have some recommendations for games that play like FF Tactics? I've seen some streamers do some mobile style games and was curious what are some options out there for PC.
I enjoy building diverse teams and the slow grind. Story isn't as important for me but substance and customization/optimizing are. I am struggling to find like games on steam, any suggestions appreciated!
