I've worked in data entry at a corporate derm conglomerate for 8 months now. The other week I entered a case for a patient whose ruleout was IHK. My supervisor, who's been in her role for over a decade, was unaccustomed enough to the term that she didn't know it off the top of her head. I assume it's some sort of keratosis. What is IHK an abbreviation for?
