I've got about 7 div. Running Archemage lightning warp cast on shock lightning conduit. I'm looking at wands with 5 lightning spells and I can really only afford the shittiest ones with maybe 25 spell damage if I want high mana and shock. So I'm wondering if sacrificing a lot of spell damage and lightning damage for 1 to lightning spells would be worse or not.
