First time in red maps and hit a wall

For the first time I was able to start mapping red maps. Right now I am doing eldritch altars on a selection of t14 maps. I feel really squishy and while I am able to complete most of the maps I also see that I am possibly lacking in the damage department. What is wrong with my gear, what should I prioritize for upgrades?
