Yo, made the amulet, and wondering if I messed up on the last mod.

I ex slammed the fire damage to attacks. Was hoping for life, or anything useful..

Steps

1. Bought amulet base with chaos DoT multi and malevolence efficiency
2. Wasted a bunch of div by crafting mistake, filled up all prefixes / suffixes, yolo anulled removing male efficiency, delete amulet
3. Buy another base with chaos DoT multi and malevolence efficiency
4. Craft multimod suffixes cannot be changed, harvest roll chaos and hit 1 chaos gems (took multiple tries)
5. Craft multimod suffixes cannot be changed mana
6. T4 aisling and get mana removed, revealing area effect / area damge
7. Craft chaos damage for 3rd suffix
8. Slam ex for 3rd prefix and hit fire damage
9. Quit POE for a few days out of disappointment
10. Cost... I dunno, 20-30ish div maybe with first amulet mistake

My question, should I have done something else besides ex slam at the end?

Amulet is for deaths oath / caustic arrow build.
