Why don't all watchstones transfer over to standard league?

Once SSF Delirium was over, I noticed that I only got one Watchstone out of several I've unlocked in SSF Standard. The only Watchstone that transferred over was one I crafted with a sextant. Now all my requirements are 3 Watchstones to discover the next path. Was this a bug, or am I supposed to reclaim my watchstones somewhere?
