So i am running a cyclone scion with salyer/raider and just recently I have noticed that my blood rage isn't allowing me to maintain full health no matter what i always stay 6 hp below max and that's rendering my Daresso's salute and Damage at full life void I think anyone have a solution or do I just need to find another way to get frenzy charges.
