[Beginner] Why cannot I find a Viper Essence Cobalt Jewel with the stats from the build I'm following?

I searched on Poe.trade and yet nothing matches what I seek, I even bought one that had different stats because I thought if the item was called the same the stats would be the same. http://poe.trade/search/oihimasiragiag

edit: I actually cannot find any stat-matching jewels I need. I'm following this build and the jewels that appear in the end-game pastebin link.
