Fundamental changes

Vaal skills' soul energy automatically replenishes. Said soul energy receives a bonus when you deal any amount of damage to an enemy, on a cooldown of two seconds.

This allows Vaal skills to not scale super hard with clear speed, allowing them to be reworked to something different and more meaningful.

Per-Skill Reworks

Vaal Arc

• Can chain off of Orb of Storms.

Vaal Burning Arrow

• Skill's ignites proliferate. Projectile damage can scale the ignite. Cheaper skill cost.

Vaal Cold Snap

• Freezes enemies as though dealing more damage, akin to Freeze Mine.

Vaal Discipline

• Grants a low amount of flat energy shield regeneration, similar to a Rejuvenation Totem.

Vaal Flameblast

• Creates a secondary explosion for current damage during the stage each time it gains a stage. Adjust cost as appropriate.

Vaal Glacial Hammer

• Massively increase damage multiplier, ideally in excess of 400%.

• Allow Sparks to bounce off it, with an explicit declaration of this in the skill's description.

Vaal Ground Slam

• Less attack speed, more damage multiplier (at least 300%), and a slight stun duration bonus.

Vaal Immortal Call

• Skill is used instantly - no cast time. Quality instead grants 6% increased buff duration per point.

Vaal Lightning Strike

• The enemy infused with electrical energies always becomes shocked for the skill's duration, with a magnitude of 10% increased damage taken.

Vaal Lightning Warp

• Warp occurs instantly. Levels no longer grant reduced duration - instead, they grant increased distance that you can teleport mobs away (with level 1 being fairly short).

Vaal Righteous Fire

• Leech instances from this skill can restore up to 100% of maximum life per second.

Vaal Spectral Throw

• The projectile orbits you as you move.
