[Question] Carcass Jack or Atziri's Splendour for end game?

I'm running a facebreaker ice crash now, and Jack would add some nice max life, radius and dmg. However if I can get a 1k armor 1k eva Atziri's Splendour I may have up to 8k armor, which translates to me having 17k armour before flask (no Grace). Jack would only help get my total armour to 9k.

So for an armour that is viable end-game, should I use the Splendour or Jack?

Oh one more thing: without Jack at level 70 I'll have about 30k dps buffed by Herald of Ash and Hatred (and can get up to 43k with Conc Effect, and a bit more with 20/20q gems). Is this dps enough for atziri?
