Has anyone made or theorycrafted a 1H + shield build that relies heavily on Jewels?

I've got a lvl 72 Duelist with an empty tree, and curious whether a viable build could be put together with some good Jewels.
I've only found a few Jewels so far, but even with a few Alts, there seems to be some powerful combinations possible. This guy and this guy seem pretty badass, and that's without Regaling.
I'd love to know what you think -- thanks!
