Fire or Lightning witch?

Hello!
So im a beginner at this game. And i was wondering if i should play fire or lightning witch. Witch build is better for beginner?
I was following this build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWt_xoLUPeg
but i feel like fire is much stronger then lightning at my current lvl. (lvl 9). Witch of these 2 elements has better DPS potentials and is better? Can you give me some tips or builds?
