So I just got to Cruel Act 2 on a new character. I've lost count of how many rares I've run into so far. What I do know is that so far (only killing Weaver and Alira), I have not seen a rare in Act 2 that wasn't a devourer. They're everywhere right now. I'm half convinced that I got some weird version of Act 2 that only spawns rares as devourers or something at this point.

There's no way this is intended, right? I saw more devourers than spiders in Weaver's Nest. This seems way, way overtuned right now. Western Forest was mostly goats and devourers, with maybe an occasional bandit group thrown in sometimes.

EDIT: Went back to Western Forest, Cruel. I took these screenshots all within about minute of each other. These are the only rares I've seen so far. This is insane, they're literally the only rares that are spawning.

EDIT: Is this only happening in Cruel right now? I haven't had a chance to check on my other character. Western Forest, Riverway, and Weaver's Nest seem to be the worst zones right now.

EDIT: Seems like it's happening in Merciless, too. The whole forest side of the zone seems messed up right now.
