Does website not sync Passive tree upgrades with the game ?

Why is it when I login to the game's website and use the points I have, it doesn't sync with the character ?
Here's the screenshot of the tree and points. It says i got 101 points and when i fill in needed area on the tree on the website, it doesn't sync in game
