Having trouble with the vendor.

I tried selling 5 rare identified imbued wands to the vendor thinking I was gonna get 1 unidentified back, but that didnt happen fro some reason. They are all imbued, identified and rare. The only difference within them is that 4 of them are ilevel 60 and one of them is ilevel 59, but in the wiki it doesnt mention anything about ilevel fucking up the recipe. Could that be it or what? EDIT: I got another rare ilevel 60 and still no recipe, I dont know whats going on here.
