could anyone explain to me how Petrified Blood and Defiance of Destiny interacts with each other?

let's say I have 6k life, low life is 55% of my life, with petrified blood I have 3300 maximum life(6000*0.55)

​

if I get hit by a 10 000 Physical hit damage with 0 mitigation.

​

Petrified blood would prevent 40% of 3300 of my life (so 1320 damage prevented)

​

and

​

Defiance of Destiny would make me add (lets say a 40% ring) would make me get 40% of my unreserved life (so 6600*(1-0.55) = 2970 as additional max life before hit.

​

So I would be able to tank 3300life 1320(petrified blood) 2970(from defiance) = 7590 total hit I could take? so the 10k hit would kill me?

so those 2 thing together arent that good for juiced T16?
